Historique :	Tableau datant probablement du 17e siècle selon l'arrêté. Néanmoins, la disposition des personnages autour du Christ et le traitement de la Vierge rappellent le tableau de La Déposition de Croix peint par Jean Jouvenet (1er quart du 18e siècle) conservé au Musée des Beaux-Arts de Dijon.

Précision_sur la representation :	Scène de la Déposition de Croix avec représentation traditionnelle du Christ étendu sur un linceul, avec à ses côtés la Vierge, saint Jean et Marie Madeleine qui se penche vers le Christ ; le côté dramatique est accentué par la lumière froide sur le corps du Christ. En bas à droite, on distingue des objets parmi lesquels, vraisemblablement, un plateau et la couronne d'épines (?).
