Description :	Drapeau de format rectangulaire, monté sur une longue hampe en bois et métal, comprenant en partie haute un pic métallique. Le drapeau est composé de trois bandes de soie de couleurs bleu, blanc, rouge. Trois des quatre côtés sont bordés de franges en fil d'or métallique.
