Description :	Les trois coffrets contiennent une soixantaine d'instruments de chirurgie. Deux sont en chêne avec coins, serrure, poignée et touret en cuivre. Ils sont entièrement doublés de peau rouge foncée et présentent des alvéoles pour le rangement des instruments. Le troisième coffret, en noyer, sans alvéoles, contient des objets enveloppés dans un linge.
