grouper en son sein, sur le plan régional, les associations pratiquant la discipline du twirling bâton (maniement du bâton), dans toutes ses composantes, qui auront demandé et obtenu leur affiliation auprès de la fédération française sportive de twirling bâton ; provoquer dans le ressort territorial concerné la formation de nouvelles associations et de développer parmi la jeunesse féminine et masculine la technique du twirling bâton ; assurer la formation l'évolution et l'activité de toutes les associations intéressées par la technique du twirling bâton et ses activités de support (danse, gymnastique...) ; conseiller, soutenir et défendre les intérêts communs à toutes les associations affiliées à la FFSTB ; aider au soutien de toutes les œuvres s'efforçant de réaliser pratiquement les conceptions de la Fédération ; distribuer médailles et diplômes à l'occasion de championnats, stages et manifestations officielles de la FFSTB
