établir un lien entre toutes les associations de Doissin, qu'elles soient sportives, culturelles, d'entraide sociale ou des loisirs, afin de favoriser, d'organiser, de soutenir, de promouvoir et de développer toute fête ou évènement ; le comité des fêtes peut lui-même agir en qualité d'organisateur de tels évènements ; il peut participer financièrement à l'achat ou à la location de biens utiles aux associations de la commune ainsi que, si besoin, à l'équipement en matériel ou aménagement de la salle des fêtes municipale ; il peut exceptionnellement participer financièrement à la création ou au soutien d'associations locales par l'attribution d'une subvention
