transmettre des outils pour développer la conscience de soi (corporelle & émotionnelle) pour mieux gérer le stress, optimiser son mental ou à des fins de développement personnel Permettre de prendre conscience de soi par l'intermédiaire de la respiration, de postures, et de relaxation dynamique, tout cela dans un esprit d'ouverture à soi & à son environnement L'association permettra à ses intervenants de poursuivre toute formation qu'elle jugera nécessaire; elle pourra déléguer un intervenant dans toute autre association afin de poursuivre le but de l'association S'adresse à tous (aux enfants et aux adultes), à titre individuel et/ou collectif L'association se dote de tous les moyens d'action entrant dans le cadre de son objet, par exemple: des séances collectives ou individuelles, des publications, des stages ou séminaires, rencontres, échanges; l'organisation de manifestations, la mise à disposition de tout support d'information et toute initiative cohérente avec son objet
